Video Email allows you to create instant impact by sending video emails which really capture the attention of the receiver.  Video email allows you to effectively build and strengthen relationships because it is more personal than text email, allowing the receiver to see your facial expressions and hear your voice.  Video email allows you to send your email to one or more recipients, receive notification when your video has been viewed, and view statistics showing you how many times your video has been viewed and by whom.  Furthermore, CoVideo Systems can produce a custom email template, so that your video emails are visually matched to your branding. 

Live Broadcast permits up to 12 users on screen at a time during a meeting.  You can interact in real time and see the faces of the other people with whom you are meeting.

Live Presentation allows presenters to  switch back and forth between PowerPoint slides, a whiteboard, and video with a higher number of people participating who are not seen on screen.  Live Presentation accommodates up to 3 presenters per session. 

Live Rep allows people to contact you in real time from your website.  With Live Rep, you will be alerted when someone wants to talk to you.  Then you can let them through, and have a conversation if they have a webcam.  If they don't have a webcam, they can type in their part of the conversation, and you can respond by talking.  If you are unavailable, the person can leave a message for you.  This is a great tool to support your customer service system.
